3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
4. Missed Appointments (No-Show)
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the refund.
5. Changes or Cancellations by Service Providers
If a service provider reschedules or cancels your appointment, you will have the option to either request a full refund or reschedule for another available time.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases where users breach our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, subscription-based services are non-refundable after the initial trial period has ended.
